Rikskonsertene wishes to make contact with professional musicians who have a background in World Music and we are offering invitations to audition/presentation for us.
We emphasise that an audition/presentation does not necessarily lead to a commission, but in this phase we are offering invitations to an assessment for possible future collaboration.
We particularly want to encourage applications from musicians who come from a minority background.
We place emphasis upon musicality, originality and the ability to communicate.
In order to attend an audition, you must send us:

Rikskonsertene (the Norwegian Concert Institute) produces and organises concerts in close collaboration with musicians from all over the world as well as with local concert organisers. Annually we are responsible for more than 9,500 concerts split between public concerts, school concerts and concerts for pre-school children.
